By completing a purchase on our store or digital platforms, you automatically acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (including software licenses, downloadable tools, optimization scripts, keys, and access credentials), items are considered "used" immediately upon delivery or activation. Because these products cannot be physically returned or revoked once delivered to the customer, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse (Arrependimento)

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with software features, computer incompatibility due to failure to read system requirements, or if you simply no longer want to use the product. 3. Defective Products and Technical Issues

A refund or product replacement will only be evaluated and issued if the product is proven to be defective or entirely non-functional from the moment of purchase, provided that the failure is entirely due to our software or delivery system.

  • Verification: Our technical support team will analyze your case, which may require you to provide evidence (such as error logs, screenshots, or screen recordings) to prove that the software is defective and that the issue cannot be resolved through standard troubleshooting.
  • Resolution: If our team confirms the defect and is unable to fix it or provide a working alternative within this timeframe, a refund or product replacement will be approved.

4. Exceptions and Exclusions

No refunds or replacements will be granted under Section 3 if:

  • The issue is caused by third-party software interference (such as antivirus programs, firewalls, or Windows security updates) that the user refuses to configure according to our instructions.
  • The user violates our Terms of Service, attempts to reverse-engineer the product, shares their license key, or faces account restrictions/bans on external platforms.
  • The 3-business-day reporting window has expired.
